Answer: If rotations increased by 20% the tires would ware quickly . the calculations would increase in the slightest of manor by a few thousand. Afterall we are calculating in inches the end, misleading you easily. although the final point would be the tires will all ware much quicker due to the amount of use as well as the increase in distance.    Paragraph on what would happen if rotations decreased by 20% :      If rotations decreased by 20% the tires would ware slower . the calculations would  decrease the slightest of manor by a few thousand. Afterall we are calculating in inches the end, misleading you easily. although the final point would be the tires will all ware much slower due to the amount of use as well as the decrease in distance.
